Türk Diyanet Vakıf-Sen Genel Başkanı Nuri Ünal MHP Grup Başkanvekili Yusuf Halaçoğlu`nun Ayasofya`da ibadet yapılmasına imkan sağlanması yönündeki yasa teklifini desteklediklerini bildirdi.

Ünal, Ayasofya`nın 78 senedir ezana ve cemaate hasret bırakıldığını belirterek "İstanbul`un fethedilmesiyle birlikte Ayasofya. cami olarak ibadete açılmıştı. Ayasofya, fethin gerçekleşmesinden 1 Şubat 1935 yılına kadar yani 482 sene ibadete açık olarak devam etmiştir. 482 sene cemaati olan, minaresinden ezan sesi eksik olmayan Ayasofya 78 senedir cemaate ve ezana hasret bırakılmıştır. Müze olarak kullanılmaya başlamıştır. O tai`ihten itibaren de yürekler buruk ve hüzünlüdür. Peygamber Efendimizin (sas) hadisine mazhar olmuş şanlı ecdadımızın bizlere emaneti olan Ayasofya mahzundur" dedi. TBMM`ni bu konuda harekete geçmeye çağıran Nuri Ünal "Kiliseler yaptırılıyor. Araziler azınlıklara veriliyor. Fakat Ayasofya`ya kimse dönüp bakmıyor. TBMM artık bu konuda harekete geçmeli Ayasofya`yı cemaate kavuşturmalı, ezanla buluşturmalıdır" görüşünü savundu. Tarihçi ve Kayseri Milletvekili Prof. Dr. Yusuf Halaçoğlu`nun Ayasofya`nın müzeye dönüştürülmesi ile ilgili çarpıcı belgeleri gün ışığına çıkardığını kaydeden Ünal "Sayın Halaçoğlu, devlet arşivinden çıkardığı 07.11.1934 tarihli Ayasofya`yı müze haline getiren kararnamedeki imzanın sahte olduğunu ifade ediyor ve belgeleri ile de bunu gösteriyor. Halaçoğlu, "Atatürk`ün bu kararnamelerin hiç birinde ıslak imzası yok! Bütün imzalar sahte" diyor. Ortada böyle bir vaka varken mesele MLislümanın camisi olunca niçin sessiz kalınıyor" dedi. Ünal Milletvekili Prof. Dr. Yusuf Halaçoğlu tarafından Türkiye Büyük Millet Meclisine verilen Kanun teklifini desteklediklerini de kaydetti, "Bizler de Türk Diyanet Vakıf-Sen olarak, dünya incisi İstanbul`un fethinin sembolü Ayasofya`nın cami olarak ibadete açılmasını ve minarelerinden beş vakit ezanın okunmasını hasretle beklemekteyiz" dedi.
